We didn't have to wait too long to see Dr. Jordan. Our first visit, from start to finish was pleasant. Dr. Jordan took the time to show my 14-month old the different tools that she was going to use and was very gentle. I felt at ease going to a doctor who clearly cares for her patients and takes the time to explain what exactly she is doing during the visit
