I am not here to make anyone feel bad, and it is what it is now, but I asked for a bald fade and the stylist said that he would have to do it with the bare clipper as he didn’t have a balder. I said that was fine, but I literally left there with bald patches in my head and not at all faded. In fact it was so bad I had to get him to just cut the rest off (buzz cut) because it was that bad. I have since fixed it the best I could myself, and I mean maybe he didn’t have that experience and that is fine but at least tell me that you really don’t know how to give what I am asking for, and I would have went somewhere else. When I called to ask for my money back I was told that the manager was not there and likely the best the would be able to do was get me back with the same stylist to fix it. That is obviously not an option for me. Disappointing experience
I am new to BC and I can't tell you how relieved I was to find a salon that made me feel like a valued client. It is truly rare to find an establishment that understands the power of word of mouth and also the fact that clients (especially women) come in to spend time and money to feel pampered and relaxed, so it should be the number one priority to keep the client coming back to have another enjoyable experience time after time. A huge shout out to my stylist "O" who was down to earth and fabulous!! Thanks for the awesome first experience in your salon Michaud's!!!!
