I continue to greatly appreciate this dental practice. I have recently been through a long, complicated treatment involving front teeth. I am grateful to have a dentist who has the skills and concern for esthetics during the entire process to allow me to function normally and look fine with a temporary bridge and crown for almost a year. The end result is perfect. The entire staff is wonderfully pleasant and it is actually a delight to go there - in spite of wishing I didn’t have to.

Always a pleasure to see my dental hygienist. New folks on board were a bit of a surprise. But obviously have been well vetted as they’re professional and personable. With teeth being so important to overall health the Dr Rosen experience is always Top Notch!

I had a terrible experience with a dentist many years ago and developed a crippling phobia of teeth and anything dental-related, ESPECIALLY the dentist. I developed a "bad tooth" that I knew wouldn't go away but hoped that it would magically get better. Of course, it didn't. My friend highly recommended Dr. Rosen (many, many times). I called the office at 7:27 am (before hours) and left a message. Helen called me back at 7:56 am (still before hours!) and offered me an appointment at 11:15 am. She warned me that they were fitting me in between patients and I may have a little bit of a wait. I didn't mind, especially since I was in agony and they were willing to see me. I arrived, completed the paperwork, and waited for a whole six minutes before they called me back.

I met with Dr. G., Dr. Rosen's associate. He discussed my x-rays with me and was honest about the severity of my tooth. Dr. G. explained my options and helped me make the best decision based on my needs. He gave me an antibiotic and scheduled the extraction for 48 hours later. It is now nine hours post-op and I am already starting to feel so much better.

From the very first phone call, every single person I spoke to was kind, caring, and pleasant. I never felt judged or ridiculed for not seeking care for my tooth sooner. Each step of every process, from the x-ray to the exam, administration of novocaine, pulling the tooth, and the stitches was explained to me. I knew what to expect at any given moment. As someone with horrible anxiety who fears the dentist, this was extremely important. I wish I remembered everyone's name because each staff member I spoke with was phenomenal! I am doing my best to name everyone correctly so if I fail, please accept my apologies! Dr. Rosen came in to introduce himself while I was in my consultation with Dr. G., and he was so kind. He asked what he could do to make things comfortable for me to want to return for care. Helen and Andria (I am so sorry if I got your name wrong!) were friendly and helpful during checkin, checkout, and scheduling. Corina did my x-rays and spoke in a very upbeat, yet calming voice. She was sympathetic and gentle since she knew it was painful to bite on the plate. She frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable. Jen, Dr. G.'s assistant, is a treasure. She is funny, kind, and extremely compassionate. She listened and laughed to my nervous, horrible jokes and ramblings, and helped keep me calm and relaxed throughout the procedure. Dr. G. is nothing short of amazing. Based on my previous dental trauma, I was expecting a lot of yanking, pressure, pulling, and pain. He was extremely (unexpectedly) gentle. He talked to me through the entire extraction and was patient and encouraging. He listened and stopped as soon as I told him I could feel an area he was working on and administered more novocaine immediately. I was surprised when he said "Okay, it's out, let's stitch you up" because, honestly, I didn't realized he was done. He is that good.

If you are like me and shake uncontrollably at the mere thought of going to the dentist, please call Dr. Rosen. I could not have asked for a better experience. I don't want to reveal online when my last dental treatment was, but I can assure you that I will be going back to start getting years of damage repaired.

Very well maintained organization. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Normally I would have a problem with this, but three factors happen that put that concern aside. 1. I never felt like I was being rushed. The team is so well oiled that everything happen with precision. 2. The Dr took the time to listen to me and even took me through some images of my eyes. 3. I always had a person at my side and they did not take me to the next person until they felt I was understanding what I was just told. Often times Doctors and their office forgot that they know the business, but the patient does not. I never felt like a number on the patient chart and someone to just get in and out. That can be a difficult thing during these times. Thank you Dr Kneisley and great job to your team!!
