I've been a patient of Dr Nowak now for a decade now, which almost makes me a "family member"? Yes, I have been treated that way for a long time. And, for an individual who has a distinct dislike of dentists, this speaks volumes! Dr Nowak's team is, and has been all along, a cohesive team. Extremely competent. Extremely service orientated. Well organised. Courteous and with exemplanary "bedside manners" by each and every one. All of this has helped me overcome my inherent fear of dentists' chairs. (Some way back history there...) Yes, I am still tense when I am helpless upside down, but I am not afraid of going back again. Isn't that something, eh?
Dr. Nowak and her team have been very good to my family.
Oh, and to our teeth too! Never have our teeth been as good as this. Really.
