My appt. was for 9:15 and I was not seen by the dr. until 10:30 and I had to make up my time at work and had to wind up using my personal time off to make up the time instead of just using my lunch hour so needless to say I was very disappointed. Other than that the care I received was very good as always.

We apologize for your long wait; however, we had an emergency patient who was experiencing an acute crisis the morning of your appointment. This situation demanded our immediate attention and thus your extended wait time was a result of this unscheduled event. We work to accommodate our patients especially when they are in acute crisis, and we needed to attend to this situation as we would to you should you ever be in a similar state. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and assure that upon your next appointment your wait time will be greatly reduced.
