We left eye health services to come to your office for my sons contacts because of long waits unfortunately we waited over a half hour for our appointment at your office. I also did not like the fact that as a parent I was asked to leave the room when my son was learning how to use his contacts. I am not a contact user and would have liked to watch to have some knowledge of the process for hmoe use home. Just disappoint in the experience.

I apologize for the way my employee handled this situation, this is not acceptable, I have reviewed office policies with my staff to ensure something similar will not happen again. My policy is to discuss contact lens training with all new contact lens wearers and their parents. --Dr. O'Reilly

My December appointment was cancelled so I rescheduled to January 6th. I arrived on January 6th to find that the office was closed. I was not contacted prior to my appointment so I had no idea the office was closed.
I am done with this Doctor and will find a new Optometrist..

We were patients of Dr Eaton for 20+ years. The new doctor is ok but the practice seems to focus on selling of services (contacts, glasses) a lot. I felt pressured to look at their offerings which were pretty meager and quite expensive. On the whole, I was just not particularly impressed - the physician's assistant seemed more interested in me as a patient than the doctor. Ill give it one more try but I am not sold on this practice yet.

As a long time patient of Dr. Eaton, I was very saddened when I heard of his retirement. I was not impressed by Dr. O'Reilly. He kept telling me "we'll do that next time". One family member was told next time and turned out she needed cataract surgery pretty urgently because it was preventing her from driving at night. My family (6 of us) are all changing.

Each step of the eye exam and the result was explained in thorough detail. The pros and cons of various options available to me were also explained very thoroughly.

The visit was pleasant and quick. At the end, when I was asked for a co-pay, which I expected, there was no receipt offered. Another time I would like a receipt even though I paid by check.

My first visit was very informative and pleasant. I was given some good advise about my cataracts, and I will proceed to investigate my options with Dr. O'Reilly's reccomendation.
