Dr. Pedrick’s treatment decisions have my best interests and welfare in mind, more so than other doctors. She keeps up to date on the science and critically evaluated new techniques, which allow her to provide high value care. Her staff are very well trained and also utilize excellent decision making. Everyone is very kind and helpful. It is their expertise I greatly value.

- I recently had my first visit as a new patient. I delayed dental care for two years, have had plenty of work done in the past , have anxiety about dental visits, and guilt/embarrassment about being a dedicated 2x a year proactive dental patient to skipping two years.
My initial contact was on the phone with Kim who had promptly followed up to my e-mail inquiry. She was knowledgeable, organized, and patient leaving me with a sense “this place” was the right choice.
Because of my delaying regular examinations my initial visit consisted of a complete evaluation and thorough cleaning by thoughtful and professional Carrie with assistance from Bethany.
Dr Pedrick followed with a more detailed exam and considerate consultation which resulted in an opportunity to do work on a loose crown with the doctor snd very competent Bethany.
The detailed communication was a constant.
I was very comfortable with “checking out”.
I was seamlessly referred to a local dental specialist for a consult to address some more complicated work.
The entire process could not have gone better. I have complete confidence that my future dental care and challenges can be managed with the focused, competent care of Dr. Lisa Pedrick snd her colleagues.
Wonderful to observe such experienced, caring people helping others.
