I really do not appreciate the lack of patient customer service lately. In the recent year(s) I noticed it has been lacking.
Recently, I had to cancel my appointment by voice mail and email to be sure all bases are covered. It is disturbing to be advised via email that your office prefers me to call instead of advising by email especially when I also made the phone call first. I certainly do not appreciate being told how I should do things as a patient/Client - not very personable and a bit demanding
