This particular visit was very disappointing. I was scheduled to see my usual Dentist Tech Julie and when I arrived in front of another lady that also had an appointment, Julie accepted her as her patient. I was to be with Stephanie who I've been with once before. Stephanie is very nice and thorough so I cannot say anything negative about that part of my experience.
However, when I expect to be with a particular assistant I would be hoping to receive that service from that assistant. After all, I did schedule six months in advance with her and kept the original appointment in order to receive service from Julie.
I have many family members that go to Dr. Plant's facility and look forward to having my 3 kids going as well but I felt like I got wronged on my last visit.
I'm really not sure where to go from here and if it's worth giving them another chance. Stephanie is very thorough and very good. I would say that my teeth has not seen bleeding as that of my last appointment for many years and the experience was quite painful. Again, I think she is very thorough however.
Nonetheless, I understand the difference between the two and they both have their different styles and are very good. I just prefer Julie as that is who I've been used to for the last few years.

I've been going to the Perfect Lube since the 90's and have seen the ownership change at least four times. The newest owner John, is by far the best of all. His business practices and policy are excellent. hes the kind of guy you can trust - and lets face it, these days there's so many mechanics and servicemen out there that will take advantage of the public,you dont know who you can trust and rely on when it comes to your car.
