Dr. Jessup is such a wonderful caring Dentist therefore he gets 5*****. The front desk clerk who is new is rather rude and doesn't really have a clue. She sat and talked personal talk with the other new lady while we stood and waited to be checked in and did not even acknowledge us. When asking about procedures she obviously has no idea of anything related to dental work. A patient called in while we were sitting there and after she hung up she was discussing with the other lady about the call and had a good laugh at the person on the phone making fun of the person because of a partial and only one tooth and they just found that hilarious. She did not care that people were sitting around. The other new lady said a curse word and I find this behavior very unprofessional and not what we have ever experienced from this office and we have been patients for years. We still appreciate Dr. Jessup and will recommend him in a heartbeat but hopefully better front office personnel will be forthcoming.

Great dentist. First visit was super friendly. Work with my work schedule and no wait upon arrival took me right now. Mr. Jessup is a great dentist I was very satisfied with his work.
