Went to get a root canal done. The doctor explained the procedure beforehand and throughout every step. Felt at ease, even after not having been to a dentist in 10+ years. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Facility is modern and very conveniently located near several modes of transportation (just don't drive there if you can help it - Chinatown traffic is the worst).

Dr Rong and our staff ALWAYS keep high standards and ethics when it comes to providing BEST possible dental services to each and every patient that comes into our office. When you presented to our office as a new patient, you insisted on getting only cleaning but failed to provide a copy of the most recent radiography,x rays. As a professional dental care provider, we have the responsibility to inform you that x-rays are necessary for complete and thorough oral examinations along with clinical exam. We have informed and explained to you that we are not responsible for any oral problems that can be seen only on x-ray because you refused to take x-ray and refused to provide a copy of previous ones. You are a new patient in our dental office and we need to have x rays in order for Dr Rong to see situtation. Six months is a long time and anything can happen during this time and only way to find out situation is by taking the digital x rays. Just fyi.. the patient that we saw before you was emergency patient.
