Went in for an emergency filling, got a quote in the chair for around $425, an hour later it was over $600.
They insisted on a dental dam, which I had for a root canal previously and was fine with, but this time it was pushed into my gums and caused pressure on my teeth and the assistant was rude and uncaring about readjusting it.
The freezing needle hurt more than usual and I've had over 10 fillings, probably from incorrect freezing. I was crying the entire time (I've never cried at the dentist, orthodontist, oral surgeon or gum surgeon before) and while they kept asking me if I was okay (while the drill was in my mouth), neither the dentist nor the assistant offered a kleenex.
While the dentist seemed to know what she was doing and pointed out some future cavities that would need work, I will never be back, and never recommend this facility to anyone. The receptionist was okay.
