We have had a much better experience in past visits than in the most recent visit. We had specifically called to schedule both appointments on the same day (upon arrival discovered that my husband was not scheduled nor told he was not scheduled). The person taking care of frames and ordering same did not seem to know exactly what she was doing, it took a long time, the catalog was outdated, and we still do not know whether or not the frames are currently in stock.
There also seemed to be a problem with/misunderstanding regarding the billing of the current services. Yes, it has been much, much, much better in past visits, than in this current visit, period..
