First, Johnny (spelling?) at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and patient while putting up with accommodating my ever changing work schedule.
Dr. Hale was attentive and unlike other doctors I’ve seen in the past, it felt like what I was saying was actually being heard and the treatment tailored to my specific needs.
