I went to Dr Hale for a neck issue. Arranging the appointment was easy as I made the initial request via the website and the receptionist called me next day to book the appointment. Dr Hale was friendly, thorough, and after the initial examination provided me with a clear explanation of the problem. He took the time to answer my questions and assure me the problem was not serious. Multiple treatments over the next few weeks and months produced marked improvement of the problem.
One other note is that Dr Hale's office staff was helpful and efficient when scheduling (and sometimes rescheduling) appointments for care. In no case did I have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor after arriving at the clinic.
This was my first experience with chiropractic care and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Hale to anyone.
