Dr.Hughes has changed my life. I gained a lot of weight during my undergraduate years and tried different diets and work out programs but none of those really work. So I decided to visit Dr. Hughes on a recommendation. Not only I have been able to lose the extra weight and get to my goal, I have learned a new lifestyle. Of course her program works if and only if you want it to work and follow, but you have to remember than this is not a diet and it is a lifestyle. You learn how to eat healthy and yet be able to enjoy the little treats you like on occasion. Dr. Hughes not only helped me lose weight, but she also helped me become more confident, healthier and happier. Her program has made me more cauntious of what I am eating. With her help, I have been able to keep my social life and travels during the program as well. I highly recommend Dr.Hughes to anyone who wants to lose weight and learn how to have a healthy lifestyle.

Jennifer is very nice,kind and friendly and try to help as much as possible. I am so happy to find Dr. Hughes and I recommended her to all my friends,family even the people I didn't know them. I recommend if you really looking for a good nutritionist go to her.
