Well unfortunately it wasn't as great this time. They had the hear turned up way to high in the back to the point where myself and my children were sweating. It took the doctor so long to get in the room and by this point my kids were just hot, irritated, and hungry. Then after he left the nurse preparing to get us to the front to leave just took her time. We kept hearing her in the hallway just talking about life .....very, very, disappointed this time. French was amazing though as always!
Our apologies that the temperature was unsatisfactory. Please do not hesitate to ask us to adjust the thermostat if you are or your children are uncomfortable. In regards to the wait to be discharged, the provider nurse has a wealth of information she has to be put into the child's chart before they can be let go. The reason why we wait until all the information is put in is in case the nurse has any questions for the provider so we can better treat your child. We appreciate your feedback.
