Waiting time was a minimum. Really appreciate the low-key, caring attitude of Dr. Steven Shum; and the non-pressure help of the optimal sales person, Dawn. I had a wonderful experience with my recent annual eye exam. Dr. Steven Shum has been looking in my eyes for over 25 years and I am very comfortable with that. I do have a suggestion. After my recent annual eye exam I ordered one new pair of glasses and requested two new sets of lenses for my own/existing eye glass frames. While looking over the receipt/invoice I had a difficult time following what I had been charged for. Gary, one of your sales personal was kind enough for review the receipt/invoice with me. To avoid any confusion for me or any of your other patients I suggest reformatting your receipts/invoices. A suggestion would be to list each pair of glasses ordered separately and us the same terminology for each pair of glasses, if applicable. In my particular case I ordered brown polarized lenses for ALL of my three pair of glasses. However, the receipt/invoice listed two “Polarized....add on BRN” lenses and one pair of “Transitions Add On Grey?” As I mentioned Gary was kind enough to confirm that the one pair of new glasses I ordered, along with two new sets of lenses for my own/existing eye glass frames would be “polarized brown.” I look forward to my next eye examination with Dr. Shum and his professional staff. Dr Weiner is the best dentist ever. His staff is always friendly and always make me feel like part of the office. It's like an extended family.
