Dr. Kojima and his staff and assistant provide the most professional eye care/vision assessment service in Kona. We had heard about him for years but this was my husband and my first visit with him. He and his assistant and staff are thorough, professional, and yes...also personable. They are all ALL ACES with us. We so appreciated how Dr. Kojima explains everything so you feel like you don't leave with any lingering questions or concerns. Just terrific service and professionalism from start to finish. Thank you!

3 months to get an appointment. NO follow up. Glasses not right, OK 3 more months wait to see good. Dr. Kojima is never available. Bad glasses that don't work. Better get right back or no good. Kojima used to be better. Costco made his practice all about money. Never again. I'll pay to better service and more compassion.

You will not be disappointed with your experience with Dr. Kojima. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed warmly by his staff. Dr. Kojima has state of the art diagnostic equipment and he is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and kind. I am a gerontologist and holistic healthcare professional and am very picky about the kind of health care that I receive. I really feel assured being in Dr. Kojima's capable hands. He's a terrific doctor.

Friendly with a high level of competence and professionalism. They have cutting edge assessment equipment, AND Dr. Kojima's attention vision care is reassuring. He keeps a close eye on any changes in vision and eye health. Dr. Kojima noticed a subtle change in my eye structure, for which a referral was made, thankfully.

I was very impressed with my optical visit...with Dr. Kojima and Ali. They were thorough, kind, attentive, patient, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated Dr. Kojima's explanations about my vision. There were many machines, too, which gave me the confidence that all aspects of my vision were being examined. Dr. Kojima also has a warm sense of humor, which put me at ease. I am appreciative of the exam and information I received. And Lyn, who is the woman you see when you check in was great, as well. 5 stars all the way around.
