Excellent overall except for one detail. I wear a lot of French cuff shirts and have asked DCC to press them folded, which they do, but they press the cuffs at an angle instead of straight. This makes the shirt cuffs look very odd when wearing them. If you have French cuffs, just have them cleaned as normal and press them yourself. It will save you time having to un-press and re-press them all.

Since I retired I ready don't need service every week, but I use the service usually every two weeks. They do a great job, example they get my husband shirt collars very clean which is something many other cleaner did not. The best part is they have great customer service and delivery on time.
