Without knowing the specific situation it is difficult to respond. Sometimes what may seem like a reprimand is just the intensity of the moment. We endeavor to always provide the very best dentistry in a positive environment. It is distressful to us to know one of our patients (anonymous) was made to feel uncomfortable.
