Skylar and Serenity had a marvelous visit to Dublin Veterinary Hospital this week. We were able to make appointments to separate my lovely girls and deliver each for their annual health checkup. Everything was efficient and welcoming.

The staff is incredibly nice and helped answer all of my questions (which was quiet a few). I don’t see why I wouldn’t keep this veterinary as my primary.

I would strongly recommend against coming to this location. We made an appointment three days in advance for flea treatment. When we arrived the door said masks required so of course we did and came in only to find most of the employees without. No one greeted us. When we did get into the room we waited 30 minutes for the vet. Once she came in she showed no care for my cat and man handled him like he was rabid. We then waited another 20 minutes for the tech to walk in with a single page which had the name of the medicine, not the prescription or the meds themselves. We were escorted the front where we waited another 20 minutiae just to be told they didn’t have it.

They are super interested in the well-being of my pet. The staff is very polite and very professional. I definitely trust them with the health of my dog.

We had a great experience at DVH! The staff is very friendly and was so good with our new kitty Smokey. We really appreciate all their help since we are relatively new cat owners. We look forward to returning for future checkups!

I called Saturday morning to see if they could see my cat that day. They were able to fit me in just a few hours later. I never felt rushed even though they obviously squeezed me into their very busy schedule. Both the staff and the Dr were throughout and asked lots of questions to help figure out what was going on and immediately took action to help my cat feel better. They also made sure I knew where to take him in the case that they were closed. It was my very first experience at their office and I was pleasantly surprised.
