All of a sudden my car registered that one of my tires was very low on pressure. I was 45 minutes away from home in downtown Wilmington. I found Duke's and pulled in...no appointment...just nervous about my tire pressure. The service provided to me to remove a screw and patch my tire was quick and painless. Very professional staff. Yes, I will use them for other car needs in the future knowing how well I was treated as a 'walk-in.'

Service at Duke's has always been prompt and courteous. I've never had to wait long to get an appointment and you can trust them when they make recommendations. The mechanics are always willing to check your vehicle if you stop by with a quick question or minor problem without having to make an appointment.
