I'm pleased with the technical competence of the team, but there's plenty of room for improvement in the area of communications.
Dropped my truck off the evening before my appointment day. Called the following day at 5:45pm for a status, and learned that it had not even been in the shop yet. I get that no one wants to make that call, but you owe it to your customers to keep them informed.
With some unforeseen issues, my truck was in the shop four days (it happens). I talked to the technician ever day, but I always had to take the initiative to find out what was going on.
If DAC fixed that deficiency, I'd give them five stars.
