The 18 points were not checked. I know that because the tire pressure light was on before and after the "inspection". Also the man that took the keys from me at the counter was borderline rude and did not know how the groupon worked

Thank you for your candid feedback regarding your experience at Dulles Shell Service Center. We apologize we failed to meet your expectations. To clarify, the technician who performed your 18 points inspection duly noted on the vehicle?s worksheet that the tire pressure was checked at 32 PSI. In your vehicle, in order to reset the tire pressure light after the correct tire pressure has been installed, the vehicle must be driven a few miles for the light to be turned off. If not, then the vehicle has a faulty tire pressure sensor, which needs to be replaced. Your vehicle is 8 years old, and, typically, the batteries in the tire pressure sensor expire after 7 years. If light is still on, suggest you have a technician examine it.

In the matter of the Groupon, the service adviser was simply flustered by what he read on your cell phone. Specifically, your Groupon was in Spanish, and he could not understand Spanish. He was unable to decipher the words, Voucher or Redeem?, words that are needed to redeem the Groupon. Frankly, he should have not have accepted the Groupon unless able to redeem. On the previous day, your father had attempted to use the Spanish Groupon without any success. In the future, suggest you purchase Groupon in English text
