My current experience with Dr. Fay and his staff was as it has been in the past, namely, professional, courteous and compassionate. My exam was thorough and clearly done by an experienced doctor. When I called, my call was taken by a person, not a call center or a robotic recording. All necessary forms were emailed to me, so my check-in was easy. I recommend this practice without reservation.
