I came in for my appointment last week. After Mark reviewed my chart, he noted that I hadn't been in for about a month and then he sprung on me that my 'claim could be cancelled'. This came as a complete shock to me, as you can imagine, and I frankly felt like crying the entire rest of the time I was there.
I had no idea if he was referring to the chiropractic part of my claim or what, but from conversations I've had with my attorney, my claim is in no jeopardy of being cancelled. I am treating several injuries from my car accident, which take a ton of time. Further, chiropractic does not address the worst of my injuries. I may have to have an upcoming shoulder surgery. I would hope that any of my practitioners understand that my time is being spread between many doctors, and that saying something like "your claim could be cancelled" is extremely alarming to someone who is already stressed from having to go to several treatment appointments per week.
