Once again, billing makes no sense- and has been a sore spot and concern since we started using Dynamic Dentristry. Tried to call on Thursday after Wednesday appt, but of course, you're not open on Thursday. Would leave a message but experience is a call back takes longer than we find acceptable. And we have referred two families to the practice, but both changed practices or did not go back.
Now that is off my chest, hygienist is wonderful, Dr. is very good as well. Coming from a medical background, these things make a big impact on customer satisfaction.
