These are the guys to go to in Portland for BMW service.

They focus only on BMW and Mini (made by BMW).

I’ve been going here for years after I escaped from the “dealer ripoff”.

You don’t get free artesian water here, a big screen TV or orthopedically designed chairs to relax in while you’re being overcharged by the dealer.

You do get very honest and committed people who love to drive and service BMW’s. These guys are honest as can be and have told me I didn’t need numerous things that the dealer told me I did. Repair and maintenance work that I did have here was much less in cost than the dealer and is often times higher in caliber than BMW OEM...One example would be BMW OEM brakes versus aftermarket higher caliber ceramic brakes that create less heat, have a less brake dust and are half the cost.

They shoot you straight and realize how important their reputation is and strive hard to maintain it.

Their reviews are deservingly outstanding and I’ll only add to that.

I also own a higher end Japanese vehicle. I wish there was a Dynasport for that vehicle, too.

I bring my '04 Mini Cooper S here for oil changes, and am grateful when they bring up other items needing attention (which I have them do as well). Work is completed when promised, the team is knowledgeable and friendly, and entertainment is supplied by a crazy black cat running at high speed through the waiting room.

From making the appointment to having my 2002 X5 serviced was handled smoothly. Ryan explained their troubleshooting procedure upfront, downloaded error codes and proposed solutions for repair. I never felt I was pushed or talked into something that was unnecessary. There were plenty of opportunities to talk me into repairs of nebulous issues. That never happened. It's refreshing considering my days of past visiting the dealership.
