We had a great experience with Ben, our doctor. He has such a great approach with kids and helped our son feel comfortable about getting glasses and then was on top of it a year later as the prescription changed. 5 Star experience on that front!
Unfortunately, we had a less than good experience when trying to get his new prescription - there was a bit of confusion between voicemails/talking to the staff on the phone regarding picking up my son's new prescription - the woman who helped us when we arrived at the office was rather rude and argumentative that we were at fault for arriving too late to have his new lens put into his glasses. It would have only taken a moment to empathize with us and the mis-understanding to not make it a negative experience but instead I was scolded for showing up late, not listening close enough to the voicemail and that there was no way they could help me at that time. I left extremely frustrated and disappointed - I was planning to schedule an appointment for myself but due to this experience, decided to find an alternate solution.
