Was our first visit to Eastridge. Staff were friendly and I really liked Dr. Rodriguez. They were quick and informative, prices weren't bad at all. Only reason I rated it as average is their front desk/lobby layout is not ideal. They have 2 work stations side by side at the front desk. When our visit was over I had to wait w/my large dog over 15 minutes to pay while both front desk staff attended to 1 client w/a dog that did not have an appointment. We couldn't approach the front desk and pay until they were done w/the other client. Was originally excited about how quick and informative the visit went for our first time but the added 15+ minutes in the lobby really bummed me out. I think next time I'll pay over the phone if that's allowed. Not a knock on the staff at all but my dog gets stressed hanging around like that.
