Was our first visit to Eastridge. Staff were friendly and I really liked Dr. Rodriguez. They were quick and informative, prices weren't bad at all. Only reason I rated it as average is their front desk/lobby layout is not ideal. They have 2 work stations side by side at the front desk. When our visit was over I had to wait w/my large dog over 15 minutes to pay while both front desk staff attended to 1 client w/a dog that did not have an appointment. We couldn't approach the front desk and pay until they were done w/the other client. Was originally excited about how quick and informative the visit went for our first time but the added 15+ minutes in the lobby really bummed me out. I think next time I'll pay over the phone if that's allowed. Not a knock on the staff at all but my dog gets stressed hanging around like that.
The service at Eastridge Animal Hospital is consistently excellent, courteous, and upbeat.The minute you walk in the door, you are reassured by the friendly and competent staff. It is a joy to be here.
Well, yesterday's visit was just to pick up a prescription refill, but you got it ready super fast, and as always, the office staff was friendly and efficient. Love all of the vets who have taken such good care of our furry friends over the years.
