Really gone down in quality and customer service. There is too much high turnover, raised prices, and covid protocol is over the top when even the doctor's offices aren't doing masks anymore. Super inconvenient and ridiculous to sit in your car, call in, wear a mask, only one person in... there is an empty lobby and no more quarantine.
