Even though it was a busy day, everyone was very kind, thorough, and considerate. Chester was at ease despite not wanting to be having a vet visit. :) So it was appreciated.

Very friendly staff and very attentive with my little one. The wait is a little longer than desired, or I am just not a big fan of sitting in a small room for a while. But, the service is excellent and shows that they care about the animals.

I recently brought my new cat in for her first vet visit, and was very pleased with the level of service. Everyone was friendly and they not only made me feel comfortable, they made my cat feel at ease, as well. Information about my cat's health and the vaccinations were clearly explained, and the bill was easy to understand. I'm glad I chose East Bay Veterinary Clinic for my cat.
