I had a very good experience at my first appointment with East County Family Dentistry. They were very professional and thorough. I did not wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room, then was never alone for more than a few minutes throughout my visit. Donna was my first contact, she was very professional, polite, and helpful. Ann took my X-rays and was very thorough, professional, and engaging. She was also very "gentle" with the X-ray procedure. Carol took very good care of my throughout the plaque removal, checking my gums, and cleaning procedure. She answered any questions I had and took the time to show me the correct flossing procedure. The dentist, himself, was wonderful. He was cordial and informative. He also was professional and took the time to explain to me what I needed for keep my teeth clean and functional. This was, by far, the best dental experience I've ever had and I actually look forward to my next visit:)
