Randy Ray possesses 20 years of exclusive BMW experience in Tidewater's automotive service and repair industry. He worked for his former employer, Atlantic Autowerks, for fifteen years. He was also employed by Kline and Atlantic dealerships and Daves' early in his career. He is ASE certified, which substantiates his knowledge and skill. Years in the automotive repair industry in Hampton Roads have established him as one of the most talented in the field. He has fostered long term relationships with many customers. There exists a tremendous level of customer loyalty. He has a reputation for honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Tracy Lamar-Ray has a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and 15 years of business experience ranging from direct marketing to management. She believes that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of any business and that customer service has been sorely absent in the automotive service industry in Hampton Roads.
We offer a radical new approach to car care partnership between the technician and the customer. This philosophy facilitates an honest dialogue between the car driver and our skilled technicians to meet the mechanical needs of the vehicle and also provide our customers with valuable data. Absolutely love this shop. Randy is the only person I trust working on my X5. He's honest and won't rip you off like these dealers or mom&pop shops around here. It's hard to find reliable and trustworthy mechanics these days but her is an example of someone sets the standard far beyond everyone else. Everyone is polite and cheerful anytime I come. And most importantly, you can really see and feel the pride and passion they have in their jobs. If you own a BMW in the 757, this is the place to go!!! Keep up the great work guys

Eastern Autowerks has been my garage since it first opened. Randy has been my mechanic since 1986. We have had eleven various models of BMW since 1982 and all of them have been serviced by Randy. He has also worked on our three Suburbans and one Yukon XL If you value your BMW experience then there is nowhere I would recommend other than Eastern Autowerks to take care of your BMW. Labor rate is better than most other shops and for sure much better than going to the dealership for a wallet buster. From spark plugs to complete engine rebuilds.... this is the place to go... you won't be disappointed.

Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. My car sprung a coolant leak Friday night and Randy was able to get me in the next day that they were open. He uses good quality parts (metal instead of plastic) at a very reasonable price and explains what is needed without any pressure to do unnecessary work. I trust him and will definitely return (but hopefully not too soon!)
