The problem with Eastern Dental is that the same dentist is never there more than 6 months

The Office Manager was checking people in . She had NO IDEA what she was doing. I was in the office over 2 hrs for a cleaning. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. The last 2 times I have been in there for a cleaning the wait time is getting worse. The older woman doing appointments and the financial stuff was more concerned about the patients NOT in the office. She needed to focus on us. Ti get us out of the office.

I understand you’re short staff at the front desk, BUT just not acceptable. Once in the back the staff was wonderful!!!

Having problems with claims that have been paid

-They are NEVER on time with appointments.

-They call, email and text you For several days before your appointment to confirm you are coming (which is good) but then never take you in on time. Very unfair to the patients.

-Examining dentist was not thorough this time.

+Hygienist was GREAT.

+Office staff is pleasant, way better than with previous ownership

+quality of overall dental care is better than with previous ownership.

The dentist are excellenf the staff need to be more subtle on how to act professionally when clients are around to see and hear how they act and interact towrds each other and with the dentiats.
