as usual your prescheduled appointment time means nothing at this facility only your check book. No matter how long in advance you make your appointment. I was lucky this time as I only had to wait 1 hour past my scheduled appointment to be seen.

Their premier dentist, dr. Fruckman is the best (been working on me for the past 30 years) and the oral Surgeons are even better (no pain when pulling teeth, and no post op pain or problems). If It wasn't for these doctors, i would not recommend this place.

I have been a patient at EDC for over 40 years. I have noticed a lack of punctuality with appointment times the last few years. I make my appointments well in advance and try to get close to first after lunch since my mornings are booked. Yesterday my appointment was 2pm. At 2:15 pm I asked the desk if they knew approximate time I would be seen. If there was an emergency to cause the delay I would understand. It was for a check up and I have a cleaning done every 3 months. I finally saw the Dr around 2:35. By 3pm I still did not see the hygenist and by 3:10 I told them I had to leave and get back to work. I live in PA so it takes me about 30 minutes to get there. I did not reschedule as I am now looking for a dentist closer to me that takes my insurance.

The service and the caring was very good. The problem was the wait time. My wife and I had appointments for 9:30 AM and we arrived ant 9:18 to check in. We did not get in to see the dentist until 11:00AM

I did not make it to my appointment. The appointment secretary literally “hung up” on me in the middle of me speaking. I found that to rude. When I called back to explain, whomever answered the phone gave me two different reasons as to why that happened. The reason was less than adequate. I am disappointed with the lack of professional and rude.

I am pleased with the dental work I receive at Eastern Dental. I do, however, have a problem with the waiting time. Whenever I go there I wait sometimes up to an hour or more to be seen for routine check-ups and cleanings.

The staff at Eastern Dental is very professional and courteous, despite being challenged by quiet difficult circumstances and /or patients at times. Understandably, when people are in pain they are not very reasonable. There is also the fact, that sometimes, there just isn't enough staff. That is in every business right now, as everyone has experienced waiting times in stores that have 12 registers and exactly two people working those registers. Despite the fact, that this makes for occasional delays, it is reassuring to know that when in pain, they will take care of you. They explain everything in detail- and then you are in good hands!

The doctors are outstanding and the hygienists are just wonderful!
