I am not happy that my”lifetime “ whitening program has been stopped.

I am not happy that I had to pay the full price of my procedure before it is even done.

I am not happy with the change in ownership.

I HAD TWO REALLY AWFUL EXPERIENCES AT THE HANDS OF TWO DENTIST IN JULY OF 2020 I HAD TWO

TEETH BONDED THAT DIDIN'T LAST NOT EVEN A MONTH STAYED AWAY BECAUSE OF COVID AND

I DID REPORT IT TO THE DENTIST. WENT BACK TO SEE ANOTHER DENTIST TO HAVE IT CORRECTED

AND HAD A SEVERE REACTION TO THE INJECTION FOR NUMBING I'M 69 YEARS OLD AND MY

HEART DR. TOLD ME HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER GIVEN ME EPINEPHRINE AS ALSO TOLD BY MY

PRIMARY THE REACTION STARTED IN 3 MINUTES I COULD NOT CONTROL MY SHACKING

I SAT IN THE OFFICE AS THEY NEVER REACED OUT FOR HELP THEY JUST OFFERED ME WATER

I WAS SHACKING FROM HEAD TO TOE FOR OVER AN HOUR. ILEFT HAD TO DRIVE 15 MILES HOME

My appointment was scheduled for 9am and was a simple check up and cleaning. I arrived at 8:50 to sign in and there were two patients in the waiting room. It appeared these patients were also 9am appointments. There were approximately four additional patients who arrived after me plus an adult with three children who were also there for service. To cut to the chase, the individuals who arrived after me were checked in before me inclusive of the family of four who arrived well after me. The two individuals that were in the waiting room when I arrived finished their appointment before I was taken back for my exam. There was also one or two individuals who arrived after me that also finished their appointments and left the office. More than two hours later, I was leaving the office. Again, I was there for a simple check up; xrays,, teeth exam and cleaning. This completely unacceptable and not the first time I have personally experienced issues with this office. I believe it is poorly run and the individuals who serve patients are not very professional. They will likely say they were short staffed on this particular day because I heard it a few times that morning. Short staff has nothing to do with ensuring that individuals are serviced according to their appointment and arrival times. This was clearly the issue on this day and not being short staffed.

They did a good job on social distancing. Did not take long. Only issue was had to move 3 times as x-ray machines off line.

hello, katrina was my massuse, she was great, she asked what concerns i have and i told her about my knee replacements, shoulder anchor, heel spurs and bone spurs etc. it's a wonder she didn't walk out right there and then.! she asked me several times if the pressure was okay. this was not my first time there, and i will ask for her next time i come. i brought my granddaughters gianna and gabriella and my daughter gigi. they all had a wonderful experience. we will be back!!! thanks again, sincerely, lydia calareso
