I do not write reviews. But I must warn you call you insurance co. before they do work. Ask for a complete treatment plan before they start. They will charge you for services that are covered if you don't and give you some BS why it happen. They are friendly, but don't trust them cause they wear a white coat. Don't pay cash for anything upfront, find a way to protect yourself. The are unable to give you quality work if you don't cover your-self sorry to say.

Called Eastern Dental 9;30 am for an emergency visit due to a chipped tooth. They gave me an immediate appointment fof 11;30 the same day. Staff was extremely friendly and sociable. I was out of the office with my new bonded teeth by 12;30. A very pleasant visit!

The wait to be seen was reasonable, dentist was warm and friendly, hygienist was A+ Even the front desk staff were awesome. Eastern Dental gas come a long way! Very much improved, I’m very impressed.

left there totally confused, I was told by the dentist that i needed 2 cavitiesfilled and 2 crowns. OK'She said that i should get the 2 cavities done right away so they don't become a larger problem later then the crowns. I walked out of there with an appointment for one crown on sept 13 2021. So what happened to the cavities getting filled I asked. I immediately felt life I was talking to a car salesman beating around the bush why i was not getting an appointment for them. Now you can look there is no appointment for the fillings per the Dovtors orders. I askedThe Lady at the desk if i could speak to doctor Ceasar and she said he was on vacation. So I left not wanting to get into an argument there. She also said the dentist always tells people what they need first but we know better. Need to talk to doctor Ceasar before I do anything else.

One thing that bothered me was, I used to be able to make a 5:30pm follow-up appointment for a filling, but now the latest time is 4pm which is a big difference. It went from convenient to now needing to take time off work. Hopefully they go back to the previous scheduling. Other than that, everything was good.
