I don't like that i can not make my 6mos appt before i leave. I have to call 2 months before & still dont get a 6 month appointment

over all very much appreciate all the staff from front desk to dental staff

i do travel out my way to have service done at Eastern Dental of Union, But

my only negative feed back is that i like my teeth cleaned twice a year

& it seems impossible due to wait time being 6-7 months but no complaints

on services.

My experience at Eastern Dental over the past 10 years generally has been good with the exception of the wait time. My last visit I had a short wait time but a disappointing experience. The Dentist and XRay technician were pleasant and friendly. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very "dry" and messy. Water was running down my cheek and neck. He sprayed water in my ear with no apology. He also allowed the hot instrument to touch my skin too many time which caused discomfort. The front desk staff were busy but kind. The financial coordinator had a nasty attitude when I questioned if she had my folder so I could pay. After 50 minutes of waiting for my folder to come to the front so I can pay; I left.
