The most unprofessional experience ever.

I made an appointment 2 months in advance on the date the office selected for me. I did not get a courtesy call like all doctor and dental offices. And when I arrived at my appointment I waited 45 minutes to be seen and then was told I would have to come back because no dentist was there. I had taken off work and my daughter taken off school to attend. I've never had an experience quite like this.
