My granddaughter left the office without a future appointment to have her braces put on. We have been volleying back and forth with this process for well over a year, with no end in sight. I have had to drive to both the Hamilton and Lawrenceville offices to get answers snd schedule appointments because I NEVER get return phone calls after leaving numerous messages. I have Total Care and feel totally disrespected as a patient and consumer. This is why I never returned to have my work done. Something has to be done. If you can’t handle the volume, permit us to go elsewhere. I need to have Olivia’s braces on asap.
