I don’t know her name but the ortho assistant who put my attachments on was absolutely great! She’s amazing at her job and deserves a raise! So nice and warm, she had me in and out and is super good at her job! You guys are lucky to have her

The orthodontist and her staff are wonderful and always go above and beyond. During my son’s recent appt, there was no Ortho receptionist and the Orthodontist herself stepped in to check patients in and complete the COVID screenings so patients weren’t waiting unnecessarily.

Was a bit confused as to why the Dental office staff weren’t able to help with, though ???

My daughter was there to see the orthodontist. They told me everything was good with insurance and that’s why they scheduled the appointment. When we get there for the appointment they proceeded to tell me that my insurance has expired. How can you tell me everything is good and then I take a day off work and find out that my daughter could not be seen. This was very frustrating!!! All it would have taken was a simple phone call that there was a problem with the insurance.
