We have been coming to East Hartford Animal clinic for over 20 years and their care has always been excellent. Their prices are reasonable and they are very gentle with our pets. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always listen to our concerns.

Wasn’t please with the visits , feels like I was over charge and got billed for a program that I was sign up already , ,makes me feel like it’s about the money instead of the animals well

Staff and Dr. Are great. Always a pleasant experience. Even when I'm more stressed than my animal. They are very clear and communicate what's going on with my pet, how we're going to care for them, and what to expect. I appreciate the effort and time given to me, as a client and my animals as a patient. My pets have never been handled in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. Keep up the great work!

I wasn’t pleased with the last visit. Visits seem extremely rushed. There was a person I didn’t know if the room I would assume she was shadowing or learning but I think it’s common etiquette to introduce yourself or just state he/she will be observing. When taking vitals the vet tech held down my elderly pomeranian way too tight around her neck. She already has tracheal collapse and she started coughing. I was concerned and politely said that’s too tight and offered to help. I was Interrupted by the vet who said “shhh” while checking vitals. This made me very uncomfortable and my pet even more nervous about the visit. Also the prices have gone up for meds from last year. I tried to give the clinic another chance. Last time I was charged double for something too.

This is the ONLY vet that i take my pets to. Dr.B he is the greatest his staff they treat you with the upmost respect. Especially your pet. They love them all.
