We have always had great experiences at Easton but this past appointment was a bit of a mess. It seemed that the receptionist was new and didn't really know what she was doing yet but was completely on her own. We waited for almost 45 minutes to see the vet and did not feel nearly as welcomed as our past visits. When we were checking out, again, the girl did not know what she was doing and it took us almost 20 minutes to get out the door. I'm hoping it was just an off day.
