A few problems this visit.
Number one is apparently a new policy on the restriction of lawful concealed carry at the location in Eastover. When I enquired I got a trite response that its the parent company's policy. Okay so I need a new dentist that respects my civil rights. Not easy, but it will be done.
My hygienist of the past 4 years was reassigned to another location, and I got a new hygienist. While she did a decent enough job, I feel I should have been told before I arrived. Clearly patients don't come first here anymore. Pity, I've been going here since I moved to NC in 2010.
After much research, our practice felt that this was the decision that needed to be made for the safety of our staff and our patients. We assure you that we respect the rights of every patient who visits any of our locations.
As for not being aware that your hygienist had transferred, we do apologize. When we have a staff member switch locations, we try our best to make our patients aware of the change. We appreciate you calling this to our attention, so that we can use this to better improve our customer service. We hope that you will consider remaining with us.
