Great service, and follow ups. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very helpful in explaining in detail surgery process and at home care. Dr. was very courteous and called after surgery to let me know how my dog was doing. Both of my dogs like going to EAH, and are always excited to visit the staff.

Everyone is very friendly and caring. I like how Dr. Severs takes the time to explain my pet's health with me. And asks if I had any questions or concerns. What impressed me the most is that I knew he was keeping track of Sam's visits to ISU hospital by mentioning his November visit's blood pressure reading.

Ashley was great also. Very personable.
