Total cost for work done was a little more than $200 more than estimate I was provided when I called.

The in & out mileage for the car was incorrect, looks like it wasn't changed from the last time I had my car here, hopefully this causes no inconsistencies on any auto reports because that can kill resell value.

The issue was fixed and I had no issues going forward, there does look like something is hanging from below my car so I need to get under my car and figure out exactly what it is and if its effecting anything.

These guys breathe, eat, sleep, and dream Bayerische Motoren Werke. Customer service is great which is really unusual is this day and age. Their sales style is very easy, almost nonchalant: while they would explain every aspect of proposed action, there is no pressure, and they understand that customers have choice, issues, and require time for making decisions about their car care. Work time frame was excellent, and post shop experience was great when Ken kindly took my concerns about unrelated to work order issue, and took his time to share his thoughts and knowledge about it. Overall, Eastside Bavarian provides a good all-American feeling of your corner mom-and-pop shop taken to a professional level where customer expectations are met every time. I think the nature of German cars is that they are expensive to fix, but knowing that doesn’t make it less an expensive repair bill less grimace-worthy. But the fact the folks are Eastside Bavarian can walk you through the costs, reasons, and documentation what needs to be done and why is very helpful. I’ve been bring my BMW here for about six years—and was referred here by a friend who used to bring his Z4 here from Seattle.

If I was providing feedback, it would that they should proactively provide a sheet of both common and official maintenance/work for your model of car and how your car fits into those for planning and expectation setting. Overall, however it’s clear I like this shop after coming here for the past six years.
