My dog came to them not doing well but with their patience .He is starting to improve.They sit and take time to explain things to me and give me good advice about his care .I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good vet.Thank you
When i walked in for my 830 appt (I had an email stating I was confirmed for 830) I was told by the woman working the front desk that I was late. She stated I had an 8 am appt. I told her that when I called in to make the appt 830 is what I was set up for and that I had a confirmation email. She said that was wrong. She then called back saying the guy who missed his 8 am appt is now here. She then told me that they could fit me in or I could take the next appt which was 945. I said I would wait. Once I got in a room and got to see the vet things were fine. There was no reason for the receptionist to argue with me or make it sound like she was doing me a favor by fitting me in.
I appreciate speaking with a person to order our cat food. I like the immediate confirmation of the order and expected arrival date. Speaking with a person is a much better experience than leaving a voicemail message to order the food. When I arrived to pick up the food the technicians were very efficient getting the food and processing my payment. Thank you for the good service.
